Smoking Cessation

Smoking during pregnancy is bad for you and your baby. Quitting smoking, even if you’re already pregnant, can make a big difference in your baby’s life.

Breastfeeding Education

Baptist Hospital 

Baptist Hospital offers class series on breastfeeding. Please check their website for the dates of their two-part classes held on a Tuesday and Thursday from 6PM to 9PM. Cost is $20 per 2 day session. They also offer childbirth and baby care classes.

Sacred Heart Hospital 

Sacred Heart offers single day, 2-hour breastfeeding classes. Cost is $20 per class, held on Wednesdays from 6PM to 8PM. Please visit their website to register.  

WIC

Free breastfeeding support and nutrition education for pregnant women interested in breastfeeding.
